The Glazed 7.5kV 22.3kN Ceramic Standoff Insulators is engineered for transformer applications requiring reliable insulation performance, robust mechanical strength, and long-term dielectric stability under oil-immersed or outdoor service conditions.
Construction & Materials
The bushing body is manufactured from high-grade wet-process porcelain (C120-grade aluminum silicate ceramic) with a smooth, vitrified glaze finish that resists moisture ingress, surface tracking, and chemical attack. Internal copper or brass conductors are silver-brazed or crimped to ensure low contact resistance; elastomeric NBR or silicone gaskets provide oil-tight interfaces with the transformer tank. Hardware is zinc-plated or stainless steel to withstand long-term thermal cycling.
Applications
Indoor switchgear cabinets, transformer neutral bushings, distribution panel mountings, and instrument transformer support.
Quality & Standards Compliance
Manufactured in accordance with IEC 60137 / IEEE C57.19.00. Routine testing includes visual inspection, dimensional verification, dye-penetrant or ultrasonic porcelain body checks, partial discharge measurement, power-frequency voltage withstand, and lightning impulse voltage test. Type-tested designs are available with certified test reports upon request.
Order Information
Customized mounting dimensions, creepage distances, shed profiles, current ratings, and special hardware kits are available on request. Please contact our engineering team with your transformer tank drawings, oil volume, and ambient service conditions for application-matched selection.
