Construction & Materials
The bushing body is manufactured from high-grade wet-process porcelain (C120-grade aluminum silicate ceramic) with a smooth, vitrified glaze finish that resists moisture ingress, surface tracking, and chemical attack. Internal copper or brass conductors are silver-brazed or crimped to ensure low contact resistance; elastomeric NBR or silicone gaskets provide oil-tight interfaces with the transformer tank. Hardware is zinc-plated or stainless steel to withstand long-term thermal cycling.

Pad-mount and pole-mount distribution transformers, rectifier duty transformers, furnace transformers, and mining-duty oil-immersed equipment.

Manufactured in accordance with IEC 60137 / IEEE C57.19.00.
